| | | | | | Happy Holidays Scouts, Scouters, and Scouting Families! | | | | Charter Renewal This is a friendly reminder to please have your Charter Renewal completed by Saturday, December 17th. Thank you to those of you that have already started the process! Please review your unit’s roster prior to beginning your renewal to ensure that any new youth/adults your unit added this fall have been registered before you begin your charter renewal for 2023. You can review your roster at any time by logging into www.My.Scouting.org (Remember, you may have youth/adults that are no longer participating that are still listed because they are registered through the end of 2022. These members can be removed when you complete your charter renewal process.) If you still have applications for new members that need to be processed, please get them to the council office prior to starting your charter renewal. You can do this a few ways: - Drop off applications at the Center for Scouting (2555 Northern Rd, Appleton). If afterhours, you can place applications in the locked drop box outside.
- Let me know if you need applications picked up and I’m happy to take care of that for you.
- Email a PDF of the applications (with signatures) to me: Sally.bork@scouting.org
- Upload a PDF of the application (with signatures) to https://baylakesbsa.org/applications
All necessary information for charter renewal can be found here: https://baylakesbsa.org/resources/internet-recharter/ including member fee schedules, applications, insurance information, membership assistance forms, the annual charter agreement, etc. Please remember to manually submit your payment to the council. Virtual charter renewal help sessions will be held by the council on Thursday, December 8th.
